香港酒評人協會由專業酒評人於 2016 年聯手創立,志在成為香港酒業代表一員,為業界傳達意見資訊,協會成員皆為專業酒評人及資深酒業記者,處身媒界橫跨傳統報章雜誌及網上媒體,推介佳釀,報道本港酒業近況,探尋每瓶酒液背後的動人故事,聯繫本地國際。

協會目標:
•   聯繫本地消費者與本地及環球酒業界,流通精選資訊 
•   建立並維繫傳媒與酒業界的良好關係
•   提昇香港報導及評論水平
•   喚起更多港人認識及享受品酒的樂趣
•   築建酒商與消費者的業界溝通平台,交流最新資訊
•   推廣香港的品酒文化
協會於本港定期為業界及消費者舉辦會議、講座、試酒會、工作坊、課堂、研討會及飯聚,在環球層面,協會積極派員參加各產區及業界會議,掌握第一手資訊,傳達香港聲音。

 

Hong Kong Wine and Spirits Writers Association (HKWSWA) was founded in 2016 by a group of professional wines and spirits writers, to present a voice for Hong Kong wines and spirits industry. It is an association of proficient wine and spirits writers, journalists, multi-media communicators, commentators and personalities, broadcasting about wines and spirits in the Hong Kong market.
 
Our major objectives are: 
•   To better connect the international & local wines and spirits industry with Hong Kong consumers; 
•   To build and maintain good relations with the media and the wines and spirits trade;
•   To improve the standard of Hong Kong wines and spirits communications;
•   To arouse Hong Kong’s public interest in wines and spirits;
•   To provide a platform for exchange of news and information, for trade and consumers within the industry in Hong Kong;
•   To promote wines and spirits culture in Hong Kong.
 
We host events like meetings, talks, dinners, tastings, workshops, classes, seminars and parties for trade and consumers regularly. HKWSWA sends representatives to international wines and spirits producing regions and industry conferences around the world.

Ronny Lau 劉偉民 

 

前大中華酒評人協會主席,由2011年起出任上海葡萄酒品評賽聯合主席。1980年代開始撰寫酒評,著有《傾倒葡萄酒》、《說葡萄酒的語言 — 法國篇》(內地版名為《法国葡萄酒解说》)、《世味葡萄緣》、《酒為上著》、《世界知醉》、《酒在醉前》及主編《大中華酒評人協會葡萄酒年鑑2013》(內地版名為《品酒专家教你选购葡萄酒》)、《細味葡萄酒100支》等酒書。

 

寫作以外,他亦是葡萄酒及烈酒講師,另以音樂搭配葡萄酒為概念,先後推出音樂合輯《Music & Wine: The Perfect Matching》和《Red: A Music & Wine Party》,於亞洲多國同時發行,並舉行一連串葡萄酒音樂會。2012年獲意大利酒莊邀請釀酒,成為首個Super Tuscan華人釀酒師。

Ronny Lau is the former chairman of Greater China Wine Critics Association, and has been the co-chairman of Shanghai International Wine Challenge since 2011. He is the author of 6 wine books: "In Love with Wine", "Le Dialogue du Vin", "Around the Wine World", "All About Wine", "It's a Wine, Wine World", "Drink Before Drunk" and the editor and author of "GCWCA Top 100 Wines 2013" and "Top 100 Wines".

 

Apart from writing, he is a wine & spirits educator. He is also the curator of "Music & Wine: The Perfect Matching", and "Red: A Music & Wine Party", the innovative music and wine pairing CDs which distributed in major Asian countries. In 2012, he was invited by Italian wine producer to take up the role as winemaker and released the first ever Super Tuscan made by Chinese.

酒評人張鼎源,曾為大中華酒評人協會成員,參與撰寫《大中華酒評人協會葡萄酒年鑑2013》及《細味葡萄酒100支》。其酒評專欄見於Cup Media 網上媒體、《君子雜誌》(香港)、《Malt and Spirits》等。

 

Alex Cheung is a freelance wine & spirits writer, also a member of Greater China Wine Critics Association, and as one of writers for "GCWCA Top 100 Wines 2013" and "Top 100 Wines", regular columns can found in Cup Media (On-line media), "Esquire" (HK Edition) and "Malt and Spirits".

吳家強是大中華區才藝多元的寫作人,創作範疇涵蓋電影、漫畫、小說、訪問、遊記、品酒及劇本創作。曾於國際男性雜誌任職執行編輯,劇本作品包括《韓城攻略》及《武俠梁祝》、漫畫作品《果醬》、《孫逸仙》及驚嚇作品《機械屍人》。最新小說作品是與甘國亮先生合著《月亮代表我的心》。他為大中華酒評人協會成員,參與撰寫出版《大中華酒評人協會葡萄酒年鑑2013》及《細味葡萄酒100支》。

 

Christopher Ng is one of the most versatile writers in the Greater China, with published works in film, comic,fiction, interview, travel, wine and copywriting. He has worked as an executive editor in leading men's magazines. He is also the scriptwriter for such films as "Seoul Raiders" and "Butterfly Lovers", the writer of comics "The Jam" and "Sun Yat-sen", as well as horror novel "Mecha of the Dead". His latest novel "The Moon As My Heart", co-written with Kam Kwok Leung. Christopher Ng is a member of the Greater China Wine Critics Association, co-wrote "GCWCA Top 100 Wines 2013" and "Top 100 Wines".

Cecilia Wong黃詩詩
 

黃詩詩是蘇格蘭認可的威士忌大使,並獲英國WSET高級証書(第三級)。她亦是香港葡萄酒評審協會的專業評判及香港酒業總商會的評審委員。由於熱愛品酒,旅遊的目的地總是威士忌蒸餾廠或酒莊,酒海無涯但希望試盡有趣的威士忌及葡萄酒。她在Facebook、Instagram及微博開了《詩詩酒樂園》平台,亦成了葡萄酒及烈酒專欄作家、專家及博客。

 

她在《Wine Luxe》、《Malt & Spirits》、《晴報》、《飲食男女》、《she.com》及《luxshery.com》定期撰稿,亦於其他媒體擇撰寫酒文章,包括 《Cru 》、《Platinum UnionPay》、《winenow.com》及《MyCookey.com》等。她定期舉辦葡萄酒及威士忌品酒會,並為《Wine Luxe Whisky Saloon》講師。

Cecilia Wong is a certified Whisky Ambassador and currently a WSET Diploma candidate after attaining WSET advanced certificate (Level 3). She is also an official wine judge of Hong Kong Wine Judges Association and judging committee of Hong Kong General Chamber of Wine & Spirits. Her passion in whisky and wine leads her to become a whisky columnist, wine specialist and blogger. She likes to travel to whisky distilleries or wineries and discover more interesting whiskies and wines from around the world. She has her own wine & spirits page "CC Wine Voyage" on Facebook, Instagram and Weibo.

 

She contributes in "Wine Luxe", "Malt & Spirits", "Sky Post", "Eat &Travel Weekly", "she.com" and "luxshery.com" regularly. She also writes for different publications including "Cru", "Platinum UnionPay", "winenow.com" and "MyCookey.com" on feature stories. She regularly hosts wine and whisky tasting classes in Hong Kong, and  a regular speaker for "Wine Luxe Whisky Saloon".
